Internal Quality Control System:
· Raw Material QA: Make spot test and quality inspection of ordered material according to
EN10204:2005-01
· Production Process QC: We have professional QC persons controlling all the process from
cutting,forging/ pressing, welding to finishing, with advanced Test
Equipment /Jigs, rejecting all the unqualified products.
· Assembling Check: When assembling, each workers need to check each piece: the
surface, welding point, using relevant dia steel tube to check the couplers clamp well or not ..... etc.
· After Assembled: Before packing,testing items selected randomly from the batch products
Inspect Dimensions according drawing;
Inspect Mechanical Property: Using the special test machine according the
relevant international standard(EN74-1:2005-12, BS1139), especially for'the Loading Capacity, Slipping Force, Failure Force, Vertical Test and Welding Strength etc.
